Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items (due to our fault) free of charge. If you need to exchange an item for other reasons, please contact us.
Subsrciptions
The subscription will renew automatically after the year, or month, respectively. If you decide to cancel, you will not be charged anymore and the delivery stops after the period you already paid for. No refunds are possible for the already paid for period, as the cost is based on the subscription period.
One-time purchases
One-time purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
After that period, no refund or exchange can be offered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Return shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost of return shipping charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection and amount of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
